1 Keeping a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and others, routinely sanitize your hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
2 The Exhibitor agrees that all exhibit space rental charges must be paid before July 31st, 2025.
3 All Sponsor payments must be cleared before July 31st, 2025.
4 Any Vendor must sign the SEVENI Vendor Contract, Vendor Master Sheet, and Checklist.
5 Secure approval from the Operation Manager for any heavy machinery installation.
6 Compliance with SEVENI terms is mandatory; violations lead to expulsion.
7 All transactions must be digital; no cash dealings are allowed.
8 Verify the Operational Checklist with the Operational Manager.
9 Legal issues will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
10 Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Vendors are responsible for their property security.
11 Food consumption is only allowed in designated areas with allocated passes.
12 Production work hours: September 10, 2025 (10 AM) - September 11, 2025 (6 PM).
13 Adhere to all safety regulations; hazardous materials are prohibited.
14 Exhibition hours: 10 AM - 7 PM.
15 No hard fabrication work allowed before or during the expo.
16 Prevent damage to venue materials; damages must be compensated.
17 Entry and Gate Passes are mandatory for materials.
18 Branding is limited to the allocated booth space.
19 Exhibitor cannot sublet their space to other brands.
20 The Organizer controls the entire Expo area.
21 Pricing decisions are solely made by the Organizer.
22 Identity cards must be worn at all times.
23 No refunds if the Expo is canceled due to natural disasters or government orders.
24 No disruptive sound, music, or videos are allowed.
25 Racial discrimination and offensive language lead to legal action.
26 AV presentation time slots must be followed strictly.
27 SEVENI Expo-related logos and designs are copyrighted.
28 All digital content must comply with statutory regulations.
29 Only authorized email communication is valid.
30 Last-minute requests or changes will not be considered.
31 Expo entry is restricted to adults and professionals.
32 Organizers reserve the right to modify rules at any time.
33 No refunds for exhibitor cancellations.
34 Sponsors will receive alternative deliverables if promised ones lapse.
35 No booth may obstruct attendees’ views.
36 Stall allocation follows a first-come, first-served approach.
37 Exhibits must be relevant to professional and educational interests.
38 Advertising materials from non-exhibiting companies are prohibited.
39 No pets allowed, except service animals.
40 Each booth must always be staffed.
41 Demonstrations must stay within the exhibitor’s booth.
42 Giveaways and promotions must stay within the assigned booth.
43 Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.
44 Booth setup must not block neighboring exhibitors.
45 Exhibitors are responsible for their staff’s conduct.
46 Booths must be attended at all times.
47 Booths must be securely sealed after closing.
