Registration Requirements

• All vendors must register and sign the Vendor Agreement framed by IBFE, to be eligible to do any service to any clients at the event.
• A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000 is applicable.
• Failure to register will result in a penalty of Rs. 5,00,000, and the vendor will not be permitted to operate any service at the expo under any circumstances.

Registration Deadline

All registrations must be completed on or before July 31, 2025.

By registering, vendors agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by IBFE. Non-compliance may lead to penalties and disqualification from participation.
